Johnston's Coachlines' Auckland Branch is looking for an Operations Supervisor.


We are looking for skilled Operations Supervisors to ensure that our star driving team and our modern tour coach fleet are teamed up to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.


Can you think on your feet? Do you cope well under pressure? Do you get on well with fellow staff and customers? Can you use a computer?


We're keen to hear from you whether or not you've got experience in the industry as full training is provided. 


Some of your daily activities include but are certainly not limited to;


• Deal directly with our customers on a regular basis, building a feeling of goodwill and respect for the work you do for them.
• Ensure constant and effective communication with the driving team at all times respecting the dialogue and feedback from this important team.
• Ensure that the Auckland operation scheduling is done in an efficient yet customer centric manner at all times.
• Have an exceptional talent for spotting the not-so-obvious and rectifiyng problems before they occur.
• Become part of a core team of highly skilled staff on a rotating schedule that can deal with the highs and lows of the Tourism Industry.
