Customer Service Team Leader

New Zealand premium coach Charter Company is seeking a Customer Service / Reservations Team Leader.

As the Customer Service / Reservations Team Leader of our busy charter business you will lead a team of three. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager and working closely with the Operations, Sales and Finance teams to accurately provide the information the business requires on a daily basis. The role is one of Leadership; you'll be in the thick of it with your people and provide support, coaching and development. Focusing strongly on service delivery you'll act as a hub within the business, ensuring the business and our customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively. The role will suit a person who loves client interaction and wants to lead the team doing the same.

As a candidate you will have lead small teams to success and can demonstrate with conviction your strategies and effectiveness in getting the best from your people on a daily basis. You will also be able to lead and implement system and procedures within the team.

The role will be based at our head office within the Auckland Airport area.
